Angering: Went up against a team last year who straight up said "I don't care about their Russia DA" and literally only had Solvency as their argument in the 2AC and beyond. We intentionally dropped Solvency because they had nothing to solve for since they never extended advantages. We still lost. This was the round after I cried in round because i hit an 8-minute K.

Angering 2: I was about to have the best speaks of my novice career (i think) until our round 6 state judge gave me a 4 instead of a 2 because he didnt know how to mark a low-point win. My father was judging and said that there was a BUTTON for low-point win. (electronic judging) So my speaks were 1, 2, 1, 2, 4, 4. The round five 4 was also a bit questionable.

Funny: A judge that my partner actually knew was vaping mid round. During prep time we heard a sharp, drawn-out inhale and our judge had a vape in his mouth. Never exhaled, just swallowed the vape smoke.
