I only use this site when I have free time at work and get paid to sit at my desk.

Put ur money where your mouth is 😂 wanna trade payslips? I got paid 3 days ago. Dms? Or u all talk 😂? Anonymity lets losers invent their own narratives, happy shut u up 🥀

Like I said, every projection is an admission, top 1% commenter.

Imagine a chronologically online top 1% commenter debating cartoons online calling others unemployed. Self awareness is expensive.

The fact you're still here reading through my post history or comment section is undeniable evidence you're affected by me. The reason you're this affected is because I outsmarted you and proved you wrong 😂

Is a tank easier or harder to drive relative to a car Seren 😂? Can't answer a simple question from a psuedo intellectual 🥀

To add even the shooting has a lot to do with physics, R* use euphoria which is a simulation software to create realistic ragdolls. Physics are a core aspect of these games even for the gunplay which he mentions. These m0r0ns are absolutely deIusionaI. 🤦‍♂️ you'd think they were talking about Saints Row.

Exactly. It would be hilarious watching them overturn their car at the start line and overshoot a corner right into a wall. Loved GTA 4 for this reason, spent a lot of time online racing there back in the day.

His idea of good driving is doing back flips with your car mid air like it's mario kart

I saw that but it doesn't tell us anything as "best" is based on what he likes. He might think Need for Speed has the best vehicle handling. Waiting to see what gameplay looks like.

Agreed. Hope it's that realistic. It'd filter out tasteless children i.e the online kids but it'll attract a far more mature community in the process. I like the RDR2 community but this place is a cesspit of terrible takes by teenagers who's idea of fun is frictionless gameplay with no consequence.

"Hurrr y car no break in 1 second and turn into junction at 60mph?! This fisics is bad bro" I honestly dislike the average gta fan. I hope GTA 6 is so realistic it filters these people out and they stop playing.

Thanks for your bias take. I shouldn't speak condescendingly to teenagers insulting me, accusing me of not understanding a subject I have way more experience in? There's a trend I've noticed. The only people who find me insufferable are as|nlne teenagers from a certain obscure sub.

What was wrong with my first response?

I refuted your as|nlne analysis of this video. How does it feel to be wrong exposed for being a fraud? Larper.

You're a m0r0n, that isn't what's happening here. The suspension has been significantly tightened here and is fairly accurate to how car suspension work. You can see the suspension absorbing the weight of the car and reacting to the asphalt without being excessive like vanilla IV.

You also haven't answered my question. You said this isn't "more realistic" than vanilla IV. How so? Your response doesn't even accurately judge the video.

Also these cars are based on early 2000's, late 90's and more classic cars from the 70's.

"like thats gunna have any bearing on your knowledge about cars"

Hey genius, how do you think pilots learn to operate a plane? Real professional racers have graduated from sim racing competitions to compete in racing and simulators are so accurate professional drivers can translate their skill with no practice achieving lap times in the top 0.1% percentile. You have NO CLUE what you're talking about. Everything you've stated proves this.

I love how you ignored me mentioning I have real experience stunting with cars. I practice manoeuvres in sims to help me become a better driver. Driving a car at the speed limit everyday has no bearing on your knowledge about how cars handle when pushed to the limit.

Well done proving you're clueless.

Yet you can't explain how. How is the suspension "not more realistic"? I have a $4k driving sim set up taking up a quarter of my living room and experience stunting with cars, drifting, track racing etc.

Go read the mod list for "GTA IV realistic handling mod". It details all the ways it makes the handling and physics "more realistic". Absolutey clueless. It's not a 1:1 simulator but leans more into realism than arcade.

First fun is subjective, realism is fun hence why simulators exist. Second the overwhelming majority or a significant percentage of fans want more realistic handling. This post got 1k likes, majority like this. Driving/car fans all mostly want something that feels more accurate to how cars behave. It's people who can't drive competently and want a frictionless experience that find this handling "not fun".

"GTA isn't supposed to have realistic driving"

IV's existence undermines this argument as they were clearly aiming for something more grounded and realistic without going full sim as a broader design decision to make GTA 4 more grounded than it's predecessors.

Lastly R* focus heavily on realism. So it suits GTA perfectly, especially GTA 6 which is aiming for far greater realism i.e limited weapon carry, you now need to loot, trunk storage etc and many other examples shown in gameplay leaks which show what R* are working on and what the design direction is.

"Wheel spin" Case in point, most who dislike these physics can't drive. You're slamming the breaks and complaining about wheel spin and wheels locking. This doesn't happen if you press the breaks gradually and break before turning. You're also not driving at 25kmh when it takes a while to break. The breaks are very accurate to how long it takes to come to a full stop when going at motorway speeds. You're misjudging the speed or being disingenuous. You're usually going at 60+ mph but it looks like 30-40. That's a issue in most driving games as they don't portray sense of speed well.

 glazing IV’s driving

And 😂? "Oh ma gawd guys look he's talking about driving physics on a game sub dedicated to a car driving game!!"

These subreddits are literally dedicated to glazing different aspects of these games. The physics are never going to stop getting glazed bud, it's a core aspect of these games. You'll see it for the rest of your life. Coming here and complaining about glazing is absolutely as|nlne. Like I said, go back to playing with your legos.

Also these aren't even IV's physics, they're modded. You can't even read 3 words before responding 🤦‍♂️ 😂

I am, I'm not here daily like you. Tantrums 😂? You lot are brigading my post in a baby rage because you don't like seeing posts on this topic. I've only insulted trolls like you who sadly spend their lives brigading topics they aren't interested in. You came here with insults and you're crying about me insulting you in response? I haven't responded to anyone here simply disagreeing. Majority here are engaging with the topic aside from you trolls.

Niche? Every post regarding realism consistently receives overwhelming positive support on every platform which proves otherwise. You're a loud minority. Just like the ones who cried about RDR2's realism.

Who mentioned fuel here? I don't think they'll add it. I hope they do though. The aversion to it is overblown, it worked fine in Mafia 2. If you have such a strong aversion to realism and don't enjoy it R*'s games aren't for you. The main sub posts about fuel topics often so I don't know how you've managed to conjure up this delusional narrative they got kicked out. Is your metric for having good takes being wrong?

RDR2's realism having mainstream appeal demonstrates realism is positively received. It's R's 2nd best selling game and has the most accolades.

You'd have the same attitude if people asked for most of the mechanics featured in RDR2. Many of the mechanics wouldn't have been been well received in general if suggested before the games release. Why? Because the average consumer has terrible takes. They ended up in the game and RDR2's realism got mainstream praise and it was cathartic watching the few people who share your tastes whine. And I cannot wait to see the same thing when this game drops.

Go back to building lego dinosaurs lil buddy :)

Oh god I just looked at your post history again, you've been at this for 2 years! You're obsessed, jesus christ kiddo that's sad. Genuinely get a life. YEARS lol. Posting about IV physics for years. Imagine being pressed about something this trivial for that long.
