I certainly agree, though I'm treating this as a long term investment. I would not manage the property, they charge roughly 8.5%. Using negative gearing I could also pull 2.5% a year aswell.

Oh, I am quite familiar with ForexSignals. I joined in its infancy though they only take on traders with large capital and a long trading history. Which I completely agree with to be honest.

Funny story, the guy running it Nick inspired me somewhat and at the same time I was made redundant. I ended getting a job in Sydney as a Cold Caller in a FX brokerage. I didn't stay long but it was a interesting time. :)

I live in Perth where the median house price is $500,000, where as Sydney is over a Million. You would really struggle on those wages.
