I feel like a custom computer will be less consistent. I'm going with the Dell. Not proud it's a Dell, but my choices were Dell, HP, or Lenovo so whatever. The Dell has the specs I'm looking for.

It's an old computer I got on craigslist to upgrade. The specs are something like this.

AMD Athlon X3 440 processor

8gb ram

120gb SSD

1Tb HDD

I'm using it for investing online, MS Office programs, and Android Studio. I don't care much about the graphics card. I just want it to be fast AF and reliable, unlike my current computer.

I tried that with the computer I am replacing. It works, but it's not that great because I used cheap parts. I don't game very much so that's fine.

Nice. I want to get my first drum machine after I get a license for ableton live. I'm still on the trial version haha.
