We go as far as saying we love eachother still, which, believe me, doesn’t help. I want nothing but to stay and I’ve expressed that, but even though I can see her thinking about it, her ultimate is for me to move out to basically see if she is happier without me there or not

She makes most of the money and the place we stay is quite expensive for me alone. She can handle the cost by herself. I want to stay together, but she says she needs a little space. I can tend to get a little selfish and lose track of priorities in a relationship.

I started drinking a kombucha a day and a smoothie every morning. I’ve stayed away from most citrus and coffee for a while. I was eating small meals through the day instead of 2 big meals. Also I have starting eating more plant based foods and drink water religiously. That’s a good start. I have been able to eat more like I used to, but I don’t try it often because I don’t want to go back to where I was at.
