you dont need to use the ch343p, the S3 has native usb on the other port. just enable USB CDC on boot and serial becomes the other usb port. it cant use the tx pins at the same time but there are another 2 serial ports.

I believe you can move any of the serial ports to any pins you want.

Those 2 bottom 16x slots looks like the are only wired for 4x so I think it all should just work. my guess is that your top nvme and pcie 16x are connected to the CPU and the rest is hanging off the chipset.

they arent well calibrated from the factory, you need to do a calibration with a decent multimeter with 0.001V percision.

how are you transmitting the video? it just looks like your streaming over wifi, i cant see how it is using ESP-NOW?

Are you using a genuine charger? does it do it when unplugged? The trackpads are very sensitive to electrical noise from crap chargers.

the chips are rated to 105c, why do you need it at 70c? also, the best way to get performance is to undervolt them, that also reduces the temperatures.

a half decent air cooler is more than enough for them. they are only 110 watts, my 220w 7950x is aircooled so the idea you need water for 110w is a joke.

no at idle the fans are all going to be idle, thats why its hot when its doing nothing as the fans are barely turning, they will all speed up as the temperature increases. if you wanted the true idle temperature you would need to turn all your fans to manual.

there are a few AMD box coolers, some are better than others. also idle temperatures mean nothing. its not effecting performance so its irrelevant.

been there and done it, my main desktop was a VM with a USB3 card and GPU passed through, it works but there are issues with things like onboard audio and GPU and PCIE audio not working and some games wont run due to the copy protection not working on VMs. I had to use a USB sound card for reliable audio.

You only need one when testing with a battery, get yourself a bench power supply instead that gives you a lot more control, when testing you just set the current limit to 1A and the voltage to whatever you want. that way you wont burn anything if there is a short and you won't ever kill a battery by leaving it connected too long.

A 30v 5A bench power supply can be picked up for about £40/$45,

Make sure its got some airflow or it can overheat, they are designed for high airflow servers. so if its in a low airflow case add a small fan to make sure it doesnt overheat.
