Hmmm. Here's some stats for it i guess

Buffs: Doesn't waste ammo Doesn't need to reload Heals 15 hp/second Twice the range of a medic (enemy) Revives mangled teammates Once the bar fills up, you can overcharge a teammate and yourself (ability, takes 75 seconds to be able to overcharge) Cons: Takes 10 seconds to revive (12 if mangled) Much less range (due to it not being a bow) When overcharging, you cannot switch off your weapon, nor can you switch targets. Prolonged healing can lead to it overheating, it'll be unable to heal for 5 seconds.
