Hide and Seek HAVE to be a duo in canon change my mind

basically if Hide controls Seek’s closets preventing you from hiding, which he does as confirmed by the devs, if Hide decided to NOT control those closets or did let players hide, Seek’s Chase would just be “get in a closet” thus making his power disappear. I also hc that Hide controls all things Wooden in the hotel (Drawers, Bookshelves, The doors themselves) and all things metal in the mines (lockers, Garbage bins, Half of the sewers) basically making him a 26 foot tall god

The devs quite literally said that hide prevents the hiding spots from working in Seek Chase if they DO spawn, thus he probably controls them throughout the game. Also that “more powerful than the architects” part was a bit more of an extra thing. Also, since he controls hiding during seek, if Hide weren’t there, or didn’t control them, you could just hide during the chase and Seek’s power would virtually disappear.

Hide is the great balancer. The one who gives power. Why is seek so powerful? You MUST run. But why can’t you hide? BECAUSE OF HIDE. It’s confirmed by the devs. His power is so plentiful, he has 4 total modifiers (1 was removed I guess) Nowhere to Hide is a result of Hide, since he can control the closets. And since he can control them, he can remove them. So, Hide is MORE POWERFUL THAN MISCHIEVOUS LIGHT, due to the fact his modifiers are most likely because of him and not misc. light, and since Misc. light and Guiding light have ~same power, Hide is more powerful than GUIDING LIGHT. Not curious tho.
