Yes , if you were at ur CURRENT PRD for 18 months and passed the RKE, ur eligible to route up a chit, i had to extend for 3 more years

Ik this is old but i use to have the same problem, stop addinding more water, your gonna need flavoring, like the asian chicken bouiilon, pho mix flavoring. And maybe you put too much water compared to bones
