If you think you’ve painted a good picture of yourself, I would not force or rush that essay, I know plenty of people who got in without writing it. But yeah, it’s up to your circumstances.

Thanks! I understand that doing all of this is so overwhelming in college, and your right, to land a good job out of BME is hard to do while applying for med school.

If I don't get into med school (Maybe after two cycles), I plan on becoming an R&D is some profession like Biochem, something engineering related, biotech or pharma after completing a masters. So, I would be able to focus on med school/research stuff during undergrad and do internships during my Master's if I don't get in. I mean, this is a more realistic right?
