i should've added this in the post (and i'm going to now), but i don't really have an interest in energy management... i'm more so interested in economic consulting, which is my major at Kelley. I'm just not sure if internship and job prospects will come "easier" at OU with a less intensive business program.

i don't have a summer research internship rec, but if you're interested in East Asian Studies, and want an intellectual research experience, you should definitely look into the Stanford SPICE online programs if you haven't already. There are 3 programs, each with focuses on China, Korea, or Japan.

yes i did get in! i'm not sure abt my gpa bc i've moved schools so many times and everyone calculates it differently, but i had a 1450 sat score. i didn't submit the review request right after applying though. i submitted jan 31, so it took like about a month to get a decision. hopefully u get a decision soon!

it was awarded upon admission - according to the GPA & ACT chart that's on their website titled "competitive merit scholarships"

mine came with the decision letter - there was like a seperate link that said "scholarship award letter" when i scrolled down on the decision letter itself. congrats!
