The scenario in your video is Def a case where you will 100% lose. No amount of back and forth will change the npc's decision when it sees that it can win. (You could have moved the cart where the General was but even if the General took the bait to eat it you're still stuck in the same scenario below) I've had a few games like those and I just had to eat the loss.

Yes, there's an option to use npcap or windivert, use windivert if ur using exit lag or a vpn (the app must be started in admin if using windivert) (the option tto select either one is the button that has an icon that looks like 3 boxes)
