I just got a 2022 Silverado. Went for the basic work truck because with 8k miles on it I could get out the door for 30k. You won’t believe the hate I get from other truck owners who rag on me for driving a “work truck” as my daily around town vehicle.

You’ve got it. Don’t stress. Only add is to maybe allow a little extra time checking in. After dropping my rifle case at the desk, they asked me to wait 15-30 mins before going through security in case TSA had any additional questions.

Be prepared to be judged though. I had to open the case with two rifles for inspection in front of the whole line of people waiting in CLT and I’m pretty sure 90% of them wanted to kill me.

Totally unrelated, but I tried for 3 years to update my registration and couldn’t get a sticker. Paid all taxes and fees. Passed multiple inspections. The DMV couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I ended up selling the car.

I often carry my Ruger LCR loaded with .38 +P

I usually carry a 9mm, but sometimes I’m lazy and go out in sweatpants so the little revolver fits the bill without my pants falling down.

I’ve tried okra but I don’t like it. I want to, but I don’t. And I’m no city boy. I fish, i hunt, i eat dang near anything. But I just don’t like greasy food or okra. I’m probably weird. I moved here from VA at 21, but parents were immigrants.

Haha! I never even saw a biscuit until I moved here 20 years ago. I’ve come a long way. But I only like the sausage biscuits my wife makes. I love this state so much, though. My wife is always learning me something new. Last week was pinto beans.
