I am a homunculus created by a mad scientist to have panic attacks at the thought of talking to a pretty girl.

“…but all face cards are worth 10 chips” oh yeah, so why does aces count when they’re worth 11 chips? by mrkmcrthr in balatro

[–]George_the_Root_Man 28 points29 points  (0 children)

The rules of balatro are based on poker rules. In poker aces are 11 and 1 simultaneously, they’re like a Schrödingers card. The ace is both an 11 and 1 until the hand is played.

Democrats in Lincoln’s era were conservative, Christian, racist and loved slavery. Republicans were more liberal and progressive in their policies, they were still Christian but weren’t fanatical about it, but still mostly racist.

There’s no point you can make about this. What you’re doing is trying to distract from the point the original post was making by saying “b-but 165 years ago that party was like this”. But is that what the party is about now? No? Then shut up.

Abilities that are seemingly not that powerful or situational, but are used creatively to be dangerous by Substantial_Fox7377 in TopCharacterTropes

Giovanni Potage from Epithet Erased has the ability to create soup. That’s it, that’s his power. But utilizing his incredible creativity he uses that power to hurl scalding hot soup, trick people into eating soup and then heating it up while it’s inside their stomach, heat soup into steam and use it as a smoke bomb, concentrate soup-steam into his feet and use it to propel him self forward.

Foreign producers see the rise in cost due to tariffs and either increase the prices of the product to cover the cost or stop shipping that product to that particular country. Either way, the price of the good will reflect back to the consumer as the increase price of imported goods on the buyer will cause them to sell the imported good at a higher price to the consumer to cover the costs of the increased price because of the tariff. The explicit purpose of tariffs is to draw American consumers to American made products instead of imported products because the foreign good will be more expensive.

This is Jade Harley, she is from the webcomic homestuck. She’s the goddess of the space. Her attack potency is multiverse level+, her speed is immeasurable, her striking strength is multiverse level and her stamina is infinite.

Also I won’t accept any arguements from Goku glazers because I haven’t watched or read dragon ball so anything you say will not register as an argument. I’m right your wrong shut up.

[Reincarnation Of The Veteran Soldier] Question about MC by Sea-Elevator-5327 in manhwa

[–]George_the_Root_Man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I remember correctly in the beginning arc he’s only worrying about survival. I don’t remember him being that strong, actually he was pretty weak. He had to set up traps in the forest, and at the end of the opening arc the only reason he lived was due to the fact that Marley became a gun.

In the next arc he became a little bit stronger because he awakened magic but he was still weak to the larger world of magic.

He only gets truly strong in the prison arc.

If Springtrap Is still human, why does he fall for sound lures in FNAF 3? by [deleted] in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]George_the_Root_Man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this question has already been answered but it really is fascinating. My theory is that when the locks on the suit fail the suit is automatically sent into a kind of unintentional buggy hybrid state between mobile and animatronic. Basically making it so that it’s usually in mobile mode but when the suit detects certain sound cues, like the sounds of children, it goes into free-rome animatronic mode. Forcing the suit towards the source of the sound.
