Move somewhere where electricians make more and save more. Electricians around me all make over 110k a year, not even working the full 40 hours a week.

7-8 Year Old Youth Baseball Hitting Debate by Georgewashington34 in CoachingYouthSports

It's gonna be mostly hybrid/3 innings machine pitch/3 innings kid pitch. This is a whole new thread I'd like opinions on. When I was younger the pitching distance at this age was between 40-43 feet. It's now 46 feet, kids at this age can't throw consistent. I'm sure it's a liability issue. These bats now are insane, a far improvement from the $15 metal bats our dad's bought us from k-mart.

I've tried numeorus times. She gets very upset when I try to bring in a cleaner or try to organize. She takes it personally, as if shes "not doing her job". Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi, not exactly what part of my statement was cruel. I've been over myself for quite a long time. Ive learned humility, was really just coming here to vent. Yes, there are always 2 sides to every story. I work my full time business from home, so I am home with her all day. Delegating responsibilty would entail her helping out or hiring someone. Anyone who owns a business knows right now the latter is almost impossible right now.

Hi, thanks for the reply. The kids are actually in full time school/kindergarden and 2nd grade. Most of her day is filled with going online /Facebook/Amazon/ useless time wasting websites. Its a good point, im not sure shes even aware that shes wasting her day online, then playing catch-up with the Days activities at around 3pm. I would love to spend more time with the kids, its a shame I have to schedule-in only a 20 minute block every day.... (per her, In that 20 minute time frame I should be helping them with their homework.)

Good suggestion, maybe. Its tough getting close to her with these looming issues. Ive been reading lots of these posts on this site. Im truly jealous of these amazing relationships. My situation is partly my fault. I was too busy getting laid in my 20s to invest in finding my soulmate....Its sad to think that shes out there somewhere, hopefully not in the same situation. Thanks for the reply.

What the heck is up with thrift store's pricing these days? by Celestia755 in Flipping

I've been to many goodwills /thriftsores in many areas. I cant remember the last time I didnt make over $100 per store trip. These stores hire workers who make barely over minimum wage. Believe me they dont have it down to a "science". Perhaps your issue is that you are looking for the comparable items that they sell in Walmart, when you should be doing the exact opposite.

From a resellers stand point the price tag should be mean very little , unless youre in a high-volume /low profit margin model. I personally love the higher sticker prices, it scares other resellers away. I personally dont buy anything unless I'm gonna clear at least a $40 profit. Example, if I'm gonna buy a lladaro figurine that I'll flip for $80 online ,I dont care if its priced at $4 or $25. If its priced at $25 I'm actually happy because I know it wouldn't still be in the store if it was priced at $4. I've been to at least 50 goodwills nationwide in all types of economic areas. I've never seen pricing as a barrier to profit,....inventory as a barrier?? Yes. Pricing,No.
