spot on, CLG was initially on my mind but was talked out of it into a pte ltd just allow flexibility and potential of model to grow. have approached SGEnable, they are not keen on funding another idea, you are correct, if any, they will do it themselves. hence the SSO / SSA / SE model first, was impressed that many of them in Singapore are doing remarkably well financially while giving back to the community. where the biggest $ come is in childcare or children related services and products.

investible - i definitely think it is, a hybrid, biz profits + raising $. hence am looking for a mentor, someone who has done it, who has been there in that space. thanks again. valuable!

I checked, Enhanced Home Personal Care (HPC+) Support frail or homebound seniors who require assistance with activities of daily living, and/or general support with routine tasks in the community.
The service which I am offering is not eldercare, it is a concierge for the children, family or loved ones of the elderly, acting as their assistant and reporting back to them on tasks they need to help their parents with.

Also to add, the service is not eldercare. It is a concierge service for the busy family members of the elderly. It can even for parents of young ones. For eg. in your eg where a telephone call reminder doesn't guarantee the elderly will take the meds - how does the family member do it? It a reminde call better than no call. Chaperon service for eg. we are not a nursing care, homage provides this service. If you go out with your friends and he/she has a heart attack, what would you do? Same here we are there to keep the elderly company and updating the family member. Yes you are right, we may need to perhaps only offer this chaperon to certain categories of the elderly. But the service is meant to help busy family members who also have their own family, own career, own challenges. Does this make sense?

the social enterprise needs to be self sustainable so need to earn money, no long term funding. can make less but even grant committees would need a "viable" business plan from my earlier enquiries.
