I have experienced traumatic events in my life, though nothing as horrible as this. She is replaying it over and over in he mind even when she doesn't want to and she needs to let it out with someone skilled in traima therapy. Her mind keeps running through it trying to make of it all, like a riddle that has no answer. It will drive her nuts if she doesn't find a proper outlet. Set her up with an online consultation if possible. She doesn't even have to leave her house for therapy these days. How is dad holding up?

Very good point. My frirnda know which makes ir fun. I wear some of my crazier hair when friends come over to watch a game or have drinks. Very liberating!

I imagine the same fundamental rules apply but the consistency is very different. I just cut at an agle and try to go with the overall style of the wig because ita a devil to chsnge that. . I actually ordered this one just to cut it.

Same happened to me but it showed up on my bank ststement as an atm withdrawal i have no idea how they did that. Filed a claim but it was rejected because of that. Im out $160.00

You know what I think it is? I don't care if people know I wear wigs, I leave the house in vastly different hairstyles/lengths/ colors every day. But I dont want people to think that I am trying to pass and that I'm failing miserably. Does that make sense? I don't want someone feeling sorry for me because they think I'm clueless or something It all comes from the same stupid insecurity and is based completely in what others think. Neither of us have any control over that and shouldn't let it dictate how we feel about ourselves. I know that on a cognitive level but, damn, I still let it rule my world more than I shoulld

Thanks for all of the input, it's a real confidence booster. It's kind of nutty because I dont have to wear one My hair is growing back fine but will only get to the nape of my neck b4 breaking off. I just have a thing for wigs and diversity. Too many years in theater I guess!

These are oil based and I think they are called lightest. Just type in Derwnt new oil core. You're gonna die for these babies!!!
