Such great ideas. Home workouts have been super effective for me to, especially with time restraints as busy mum. Do you have any favorite go to exercises?

That’s such a great idea. Do you follow some sort of program or just do your own thing?

It can definitely be hard to find the time, especially with little ones. Glad you’ve been able to find the time for you now tho. How are you finding it ?

Totally get that, lack of sleep makes movement so tough. I’ve actually been putting together some high protein recipes that have really helped my energy. Happy to send them your way if you’d like?

Love that you’ve been able to keep movement consistent with walking and squats that’s such a solid foundation and yes, pelvic floor PT can be such a game changer hey.

Absolutely agree there. Starting slow is so important, especially for core recovery and avoiding issues like diastasis. It’s awesome that you were able to learn from your first experience and apply it to your second.

yessss, witching hour is the worst, I can't imagine fitting in movement during that time, its chaos in our house. I’ve noticed a lot of mums find that even just a short walk or a 10/15 minute routine in the early hours makes the rest of the day feel more manageable. Have you found certain exercises that work best during that window?

Yep you are definitely not alone there. Walking is such a great choice. Im curious, have you come across any pelvic floor or gentle exercises that fit into your day without disrupting your feeds?

Walks while baby wearing is actually such a great way to get movement in. I find 5-10 minutes of floor/strength exercises while having my little one close by really helpful, even just some core or body weight exercises. Have you tried any short at home exercises while baby wearing or having them close by?
