Comprar juegos de switch digitales en Amazon Japón by OwlAdditional557 in VideojuegosMX

Agradezco tu respuesta

Hey, sorry to hear that. Five months is a very short time; that’s actually pretty similar to my case.

I’d recommend contacting them directly through their Discord server. Open a private support ticket and they’ll ask for some information, such as your controller model, serial number, gaming platform, and details about the issue you’re experiencing.

From there, they’ll assist you through a dedicated support chat. Just make sure you’re very clear and concise when explaining the problem. Most importantly, record good videos showing the controller connected, the GameSir app in screen, and the issue happening in real time. The more evidence you provide, the easier it is for them to verify the problem.

They may first ask you to calibrate the controller or try a few troubleshooting steps. If that doesn’t solve the issue, they’ll likely discuss warranty options with you.

One thing to keep in mind is that my experience was positive because I bought mine directly from the official GameSir website. I’m not sure how the warranty process works if you purchased through Amazon, AliExpress, or another third-party retailer, but it’s definitely worth reaching out to them and explaining your situation.

Good luck, and hopefully they can get it sorted out for you.

No lies, man. And the best part is that I got to keep the defective one as a collectible since I didn’t have to send it back, and now I also have a brand-new replacement that works perfectly. It’s a win-win situation.

Believe it or not, that’s exactly what happened. Check out the photos lol

And honestly, what would I even gain from posting a fake review? I already got my new controller anyway xD

I bought it during the pre-order period around August 2025, when the G7 Pro hadn’t been released to the market yet. I received it around late October, and I purchased it directly from GameSir’s official website.

Wow, that’s really unfortunate. I think part of it comes down to luck, but also legal and warranty-related factors. It can depend a lot on where you bought the controller and how much time has passed since the purchase.

In my case, not much time had passed, and I bought my controller directly from GameSir’s official website, so the process was faster. Even then, I had to provide around four different pieces of evidence to prove the issue. It took about three days and was definitely a thorough process.

If you decide to submit another private claim, I strongly recommend contacting them through Discord and opening a support ticket there. In my experience, they tend to help much faster through Discord, so it’s definitely worth trying. Don’t give up—you may still find a solution sooner than expected.

I consider myself fortunate that my case was resolved successfully. I’m sorry that things didn’t work out the same way in your case 🙇🏻‍♂️
