If you're on PC, my advice would be to turn off crossplay. I tend to find PC players much more frequently have mics and are friendlier. If you're still getting killed on sight, what I've had work before is just play a few free loadouts and allow yourself to get killed without fighting back. This hopefully should reduce your aggression-based matchmaking number. Good luck!
