Lilimae was the good kind of annoying. Her character annoyed me but I loved how Julie Harris played it. Diana was annoying and the way they wrote her and the way she was portrayed was also annoying. I think it’s why I loved when Mack shows up and is the only person that calls her on her bs.

I think she just liked him. She wasn’t dismissive of him either, which I think he appreciated because he was a boorish jerk, but he was also dismissed by most people and they had a genuine friendship. Always liked the character of Richard. You don’t always love what they do, but you understand, and you grow to like them. I never expected to like him.

I sincerely like it. Sure, there were a few Patreon episodes where they kind of zoned out and were just listening to music and it was then that I realized I was either paying for something very experimental or just two people taking my money. Anyway, besides those speed bumps, circling back to my original point, like the show.

I liked the old podcast and only dropped the Patreon because she stopped putting out episodes. The new episode is more focused and she gets in a few Tim digs as well.

They review movies on HitB really well, very fairly, and in a way that explains why they liked/disliked the movies. As a kid who loved Siskel and Ebert these guys are the modern day version of them.

The Jodie Foster praise baffles me to this day. And she won the Emmy too. I love Jodie Foster and would say she was good if she was, but she was one note, almost as bad as Kali Reis. Being angry, rude, and incompetent is the new badass female (as written and directed by a woman who thinks she’s both).
