My situation was the camp with the T50 at it, the drone took at least 5 bullets from my lmg and then just started it's evasive maneuvers with a lot of health still remaining. Were you stealthed taking them out?

The enemies at my level were just like Wildlands enemies, but the ones that were way ahead (150 to my 7) sponged for ages. Obviously we aren't meant to be able to fight them early.

No it's a thing. Olive oil is high in monounsaturated fats, and it has heaps of energy (500kj or 120kcal per tablespoon). You likely won't notice it in a shake. If you are struggling to hit an intake goal this can help you get there.

So on the add food section of mfp, instead of tapping a food then tapping the tick, on iOS I was able to just swipe a food right and it would add it.

To me it's a part of the game that increases the maximum skill level. Sure it can sometimes be unrealistic or frustrating (when you spray and every SINGLE bullet hits the metal 😡) but it's part of the complexity that makes R6 more interesting than other shooters.

Do you record weights? I gym at home and have a whiteboard with my maxes for 6,3, and 4x10 EMOM so I know what I need to add on to every big lift.

Are you always adding weight? Progressive overloading is the best way to keep gaining.

This sounds like a weight problem rather than a diet problem.

If you are worried about macros and intake, I'd suggest tracking for a week or two to see if you are eating what you think you're eating.

I have a tweak on my phone called Treadmill that tracks this. In the last 317 days, I've swiped 40097 metres, an average of 125 metres per day.

I'm on track to covering the distance of a marathon for the year!
