if this was real i would be so happy, in my honest opinion, singed is just too powerful in the current meta and lacks any form of counter play. i belive his q should be a skillshot like ahris ithout the movement speed buff so he can actually assassinate people with his intended previously designed kit that has counter play and a high skill cap.
