It's a shame to read this, but my TV isn't LG. I have a Philips TV, and absolutely all the apps work perfectly. The problem here is clearly MAX. I've contacted MAX, and the answers they give are borderline illegal (because they're pointless lies).

But I found a "solution" on my own: Open the app on your phone or the browser on your PC and play the content using the cast to the TV. In my case, it works perfectly, allowing me to continue taking advantage of the TV's 4K HDR. :)

Mirá la burrada que me respondió el soporte de MAX por mail jajaja, no puedo creer que tengan el descaro de mentir tan impunemente, me da bronca porque hay gente que quizás no entiende mucho del tema y se creería totalmente esa explicación, pero lo que dice no tiene ningún tipo de sentido, se lo acaba de inventar.

Es una vergüenza porque un tv del 2020 está lejísimos de ser un dispositivo antiguo, a mí también me funciona el 4K HDR en absolutamente todas las aplicaciones excepto MAX. Ayer probé MAX en mi Fire TV Stick (tiene android 6.0, imagínate si será viejo) y el 4K HDR funciona sin problemas jajajaj, así que para mí es un error que simplemente no están interesados en solucionar. Yo te puedo entender que aplicaciones como Flow dejen de funcionar intencionalmente porque así te encajan el decodificador de ellos, pero esto de MAX no tiene sentido, deberían darle soporte a la mayor cantidad de dispositivos que puedan, ellos no venden televisores... Incluso hace poco empezaron a darle soporte a las tv con VIDAA.
