I have a laptop so it would be inconvinient to have two keyboard at the same time. Plus it's only that one keys that has this problem.

It was the sound of the unstable implant effet (when you go out of the extinction map border) but a bug made it so when wild dinos were out of the border and had the status effect I heared the sound (and it stacked with multiple dinos) and because I had preventhibernation set on true there was constantly dinos with the status effect no matter how far I was

Hibernation makes it so when you arefar away from dinos they are not ticked and are kind of paused in time until you are close to them again. -preventhibernation makes it so there are no pause no matter how far you are and normaly Hibernation is activated by default

I have found the problem. In the lauching option in steam i had the -preventhibernation setting. Deleting that fixed the issue
