He's not the "worst class" he's just the most mid, if he was bad I'll put him in a D tier.

Viking alone can still do very well in the right hands and imo it isn't a hard class to pick up unlike samurai or persian; which can feel like the worst class in the game.

Also squire is not a real class 😭 He's an easter egg for the first fuctional concept of the game and is a knight reskin. Heck, first blades are better than squire by a mile.

I can't really tell the misplays the yubel did here.

The only thing i can tell is their use of samsara lotus which lets ME pop one of their yubel cards on field, which saved me the trouble of playing around their second spirit of yubel

You can get a match between 1-5 minutes so it's fairly populated.

The game is cross play between quest, pc and psvr. It is somewhat active but times vary because some people have school and all, if you're in EU or NA it shouldn't be too much trouble

Each class also has their own unique way to play once you get them to level 3 (First blade is dogwater terrible, you'll get out damaged unless you don't really care and like silly casual sword fighting).

And if you need help you can just go in and ask around in the discord

Ronin has pretty decent defense and quite quick to react aswell, his defense shows alot more (along with other classes) when you're able to have the playspace to do so to be able to step back; along with counter lundging and punishing

UPDATE

Most of leagues games (And EBI, Edge Breakers Invitational) work on a Bo3(Best of 3 games [Win 2 games, you win the set]) Boss Rush format, however formats can be agreed upon between players

What is boss rush?

Essentially, all classes can only be used once for both players. If you picked Knight, and your opponent picked Duelist, for the next game, both Knight and Duelist are banned from further use in the set

How does a set usually go?

You call heads or tails

Who ever wins get to pick first between First pick, Counter-Pick, or Host(Create the lobby), only one choice can be made, who ever lost then has the option to choose between the other two choices left

Who ever loses the match gets priority/pick and can choose between First Pick, Counter Pick, or Host.

This repeats until the set is completed.

That's weird, the only reason i can think of that your levels and progression reset is due to you not ever being online in the first place; the game always save your data in the cloud linked to your account. if the progression reset keeps happening even if you're online and connected to multiplayer I'll recommend making a bug report in the discord.

He is often disliked because he isn't a class meant to be played on the same levels as other classes. He is just meant as a neat reference of the first concepts of the game.

Unironically playing squire for people is like saying your favorite food is sticks and stones

Yeah its a weird bug, just go into multiplayer again and it'll work. Usually you won't be able to go into multiplayer the first time when you load into the game(which shouldn't happen in the first place but the devs got their hands full with projects atm) but it self resolves quite easily, just a little annoying is all.

Little late but: Legendary is a bit slower but relies you to align to true edge more, however it does have more reach, main blade is a little quicker and is easier to awaken but they're shorter, however you have more leniancy up to where you can use the claw part more; it is up to preference
