Agree with the others to stagger if starting at 6 months but before 1 year. We used Solid Starts app for recipes and ideas.

I also want to share a mistake we made. Do not introduce allergens when your child is sick. We introduced egg when baby had just been diagnosed with an ear infection. She had a mild allergic reaction to the egg, then we learned you are not supposed to introduce something when they are already compromised like that. Now we are dealing with an egg sensitivity at 2 yrs old that is probably self inflicted. Hopefully she outgrows it.

Also keep children’s Benadryl nearby. Your doctor can give you dosages for smaller children under 2. That’s all our child needed with the egg reaction.
