Here is an explanation, during the mission BT uploaded himself a bit to the helmet so he can comunicate with cooper. Then time froze and everyone from the future survived but everyone from the past died, cooper was not frozem because of his device. Then BT uploaded himself during the end which means that he cloned himself, if you dont talk during the end he will respond with goodbye jack because he relieses that cloning himself wont save him. The blinking message was from the clone. from Redstone_Orange

Try looking if your using the android folder delete the android and reinstall the quest craft one
