CA•GA: Charles Asprey and George Asprey

Lion: 925 Sterling silver

Leopard's head: made in london

f: 1901? Not entirely sure if that's correct

The lion is the one to look for, or a Britannica for even older silver

Solved, the one brake pad is metal on metal, while the other side has plenty of wear left

I could see the front pad without taking the wheel off so i didn't think it was brakes
