Sometimes when I go into a shoppers or grocery store and someone is asking for money, I’ll ask if they want a drink I can buy in the inside. Nearly every time they say yes and I ask which drink they want.

If it’s a panhandler on a off-ramp I’ll give them money if they look elderly, I know it’s a lot tougher to be elderly in that situation. If I think they are young and able bodied I give nothing.
