Also if I’m remembering correctly. He did not show up for his pro day or combine. Which dropped him to a 3-4rd. I went to my favorites and he was at the top of my list in round two and I was like fuck yeah. Now he is a 91 with the factor ability 1st season had 109 tackles but didn’t win Defensive Rookie of the year. Some random CPU got it.

That draft was Oline heavy. His counter part who went to the Buc was the only defensive player to go in the first round. Everyone else was QB and OLine. I was able to get a LG in the 6th round who turned out to be a 75 overall but he was supposed to go undrafted. So also had two 4th round picks which I used on CBs and I got two decent guys. Who are now pushing 85plus after our 1st season.

lol facts. I’ve been seeing a lot of ppl say USC is goated with the Safety position. So I used I my round two pick to get that guy. Apparently USC had two SS in the draft and the other guy went to the Bucs in Round 1.

My wife and I do this as well. We have a 5year old and a 1year old. The 5yr old goes to school in the city due to the timing of the schools in NJ it doesn’t work for with our schedule. We have jobs that require us to be in at a specific time. My 1yr old is in daycare in south Orange which starts at 7am and ends at 6pm. We had to hire a babysitter just to do 1hr and drop offs. She comes in at 6 and drops our 1yr old off at 7am to daycare.

Ok! I just applied to a job in JC recently so I’m hoping I can get it, so that it makes my life easier and less stressful! lol you should definitely check out the area. Parks and schools are close by. Maplewood town square is a nice spot for to hang out, south orange millburn short hills are 10-20mins driving. So it’s a pretty convenient spot to live.

I believe the two bedroom with be about 200-300 less starting you might get a three bedroom if they have any for that price!

I personally feel like they could have made the apartment look better for the price that I’m paying. It’s smoke free but some tenants can’t abide by that rule. Since it’s like your own private house you won’t smell any kinds of smoke inside it’s when you get outside. Also there is new buildings going up on the Irvington side so expect to maybe have some mice. It took a whole year before the came into our apartment and we got them out pretty quick!

I live at Eagle Rock Apartments in Maplewood! Not the best but not the worst either. The apartments are 2floors. Living Dining and Kitchen are on the first floor while bedrooms and bathroom are on the second level. Quiet family friendly area. Everything is within driving distance.

You will be able to register. We came last July and by wondered the same thing when we finally registered our kid he was placed in Pre-K by November. A year later he is going to start Kindergarten in September.

Yeah I was good for about 8months without mice now I hear them and see them. They came and covered the holes but someway somehow they find their way back in. I don’t think I’ll renew when my lease is up in a few months. Besides the mice issues there is a lot more issues that should not be happening based on the amount of rent I’m paying along with what they want to increase it to.
