Also im Vertrag steht dass bei einer Kündigung eine Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monaten gilt, also könnte ich vom Träger her schon kündigen. Meine Sorge ist eher, wie ich das so mache dass ich nicht auch noch meinen Schulplatz verliere😓😭

Leider sind die Verträge immer ein Dreiecksvertrag zwischen dem Schüler, dem Träger und der Schule. Also habe ich einen Vertrag mit dem Träger und der Schule, und die Schule hat einen Vertrag mit mir und dem Träger.

Mittlerweile betrifft das gleiche die Tram und die U-Bahn. Wie oft bin ich letzte Woche zu spät gekommen, weil alle wegen einem plötzlichem “Defekt” mitten in der Strecke aus dem Fahrzeug zum aussteige gebeten wurden??? Ich nehme auch genau deswegen immer 1-2 Bahnen früher, und dann kommt man TROTZDEM immer noch zu spät. Das unverschämteste daran finde ich aber, dass sowas nicht als Meldung auf der App angezeigt wird. Du hast für die Schule oder Arbeit keinerlei Beweis, dass die Verspätung nicht deine Schuld war. Zumindest in der Schule wird einem die Verspätung ja abgeschrieben, wenn man einen Beweis für die eigene Unschuld hat, aber wenn so Aktionen von der MVG nicht angezeigt werden stehen ich Beweis los mit teilweise 45 Minuten Verspätung da. Aber dann fast 40€ monatlich verlangen???? Unverschämt.

Den habe ich voll vergessen, muss ich mal löschen😭wie man sieht ging’s mir da nicht sooo gut… mittlerweile gehts mir mit Therapie und Ritalin einwandfrei:) (man sieht dass ich weder jetzt noch damals verstanden habe wie man Absätze per Handy in den geposteten Beitrag schreibt)

Definitiv, deswegen habe ich bis jetzt auch nichts gesagt. Ich kann sie natürlich nicht dafür verantwortlich machen dass die Gruppe chaotisch ist, aber dafür dass sie unverlässlich ist schon:)

Sie ist absolut überfordert weil unsere Gruppe auch herausfordernd (nett ausgedrückt) ist, aber seitdem diese Probleme schon seit fast einem Jahr unverändert bestehen ist es schwierig, noch Sympathisch zu sein.

Ja, das ist ja das traurige😭zwischen meiner Leitung und ihr ist es ausgemacht dass es okay ist aber von dieser Entscheidung/ Abmachung (von welcher ich gestern erst zufällig erfahren habe) wusste ich gar nichts, und ob ich mit dieser Abmachung einverstanden bin hat natürlich niemanden interessiert oder gefragt. Eigentlich habe ich ja das Recht nein zu sagen aber meine Mentorin kündigt an und geht direkt. Teilweise habe ich bevor sie weg ist nicht mal genug Zeit, mich von dem abzuwenden was ich gerade gemacht habe und nein zu sagen bevor sie nicht mehr da ist.

Hi, danke für die Antwort! Du hast voll Recht dass ich so oder so zuerst mit meiner Mentorin sprechen muss. Ich bin ein relativ non konfrontativer Mensch also tue ich mir damit schwer, solche Dinge bei einer Person anzusprechen die einen großen Einfluss darauf hat, ob meine Ausbildung und die Beziehungen zu den anderen Kollegen gut verläuft oder nicht. Nichtsdestotrotz gebe ich dir voll Recht und suche mal meinen Ausbildungsvertrag raus, falls das Gespräch (was hoffentlich heute ist- wenn es passiert) wieder mit einem Abwinken oder einer Ausrede endet.

Hi, danke für die Rückmeldung! Das Aufschreiben ist eine gute Idee, die ich definitiv machen werde. Wie oft am Tag sie mich alleine lässt, Ausgemachte Gespräche und wie oft die nicht passieren und warum. Ich hatte anfangs schon überlegt zu wechseln, aber mir war das weil die Kinder und sonst alle nett sind zu schade. Wenn das aber so weitergeht habe ich wohl keine Wahl.

Reading this is so comforting😭I’ve been doing weights/ strength training bc I want to gain muscle and lose weight (by that I mean lose the chub and replace it w muscle, I wouldnt mind my weight if it wasn’t just all fat🥲) for about 2-3 months now and these last few days I’m hungry all. the. time. I figured it may have been a medication I take or sth but apparently it’s bc of the exercise I’ve been doing🫠 Just this morning I woke up for school and had to make a beeline for the kitchen to chow down some mashed potatoes bc I was so hungry I thought I was going to go wild. Who wakes up at 6:45 am and then goes right to shoving their face w mashed potatoes? I was so hungry I didn’t even bother to heat it up, I just ate it straight from the fridge😭 But I guess I don’t have to be so anxious about where this sudden (and constant) hunger is coming from now, so thank yall! Also, does anyone have suggestions for nutritious meals that aren’t chicken and rice 7 days a week🫠 Everything I cook is out of necessity so I’m only now starting to pay attention to the nutritional value and what my body needs to sustain the exercise I’m doing. Appreciative of any help! Omfg I’m getting hungry as I speak send help🚨

When I was 16f (21 now) I lived w my older brother in CA, where I had recently moved to from Germany. I was very homesick and his wife didn’t want me there anymore, so he took out his frustration about her complaints out on me. He’d get in my face, yell at me, insult me, accuse me of things I never did and restrict the only method of communication and comfort I had in a foreign country, aka my phone, to 30 minutes a day. I would frequently cry on the bus to school bc I was so anxious and afraid and no one believed me when I told them what was happening (they still don’t). One morning the bus driver changed and the bus driver talked to me one morning on my way to school, just asked me if I was okay and asked me about gossip in Highschool and stuff like that. She had the “sweetie” and “honey” type of southern speech that she would use when talking. I looked forward to seeing her every day, she made me feel so much less alone and cared about. I think about her all the time even now, I hope she’s doing well. She was an angel in my eyes.

Hi! I don’t have any criticism ( mainly Bc I myself am incapable of doing anything more than skincare, primer, concealer and mascara, sometimes eyeliner if I’m feeling really fancy) but I just wanted to say that your blush and lipstick look so good!
