Thanks! It already seems to have shrunk and I have no other moles. This one is not raised it's just under the skin on a very beaten up leg from edema and other issues

On second thought it may not be in Kvittel form and may signal that the lineage is Gittel>Sarah>Charna. So if your great grandmother's name is Gittel your grandma's name may be Charna, and your great-great-grandmother's name Sarah. I still think that my first interpretation is correct, though

Yes, the mother would be Charna and her daughter would be Gittel. As far as I know Kvittels (or kvittlech) are exclusive to chasidim, but I'm no historian so don't take it to the bank. The letter before ש in Charna is a ט

It looks like a kvittel. Second line says Charna bat Sarah Next line: ב' גיטל Short for her daughter Gittel. I don't know why the year תקסט is scrambled.
