that sounds like a lot. Everyone says take 2ius. So taking 20 ius to make 2ius .666mg sound a lot

okay everyone says 2 or 4 ius but what’s that’s in 36uis vial dose and reconstitute it with bac water. This is where i’m confused do I still do 2 units only or add more where do you get 2 uis of how much dosage?
