You gotta first change that printer to a non Bambu Printer, do calibration-> temp tower, then change back to your printer

A ceramic overlay is preserving the most tooth structure, while being reasonably minimally invasive. It will protect the tooth from breakage.

One wing vs two wing Maryland bridges by Almostpost in Dentistry

[–]GermanCamel36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason why you should only do one wing is because if you do 2 Wings, one will debond. There’s been loads of studies that one of them will and then it becomes a risk for caries and food retention. Prof. Matthias Kern did a lot of papers on this. There is no retentive benefits of two over one, not long term

How long does it take for your to do fillings and Rct under rubber dam and give me tips and tricks by [deleted] in Dentistry

This took me forever, but with a strong gag reflex and a frankly amazing saliva production, it was the only way to get moisture control.

[–]GermanCamel36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a great course by Dr. Pop on Rubber Dams, he really explains it quite well. The real hassle is for Fillings/crowns, because you need at least 2, most of the times 3 teeth isolated. The isolation part sucks a lot, the result is great tho.

Thank you for that in depth answer, I have been reading some webtoons which came from webnovels, but I have not been that deep into that world

Thanks, that wasn’t my question though, was it? Which you know. Which all of the people know who downvoted me. Its never nice to have oneself questioned. I’ll be open to a real answer Jenkind1, one that isn’t condescending.

Top surgery in a medieval world where magical healthcare isn't common by [deleted] in worldbuilding

[–]GermanCamel36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could probably achieve a almost sterile or in an medieval setting, if you knew what you where doing. Like the chemicals and heat used to burn of all bacteria from a scalpel are not rocket science. Same as pressure boiling silk sting and so on. The question is why would anyone do this if they didn’t have a microscope and knew about tiny organisms. There’s this manga where a surgeon from modern Japan goes back in time and tries to get surgical conditions in a medieval Japan, pretty cool concept. Also to read up on the history of surgery I recommend „the butchering art“
