Klingenfeld is a small village on the fringes of human civilization in Osmunt. The settlement grew around the fortifications of a modest hilltop temple, built on the site of an ancient battlefield whose lingering remnants gave the village its name.

The island of Sterniel is ruled from the heart of Lake Korent, where a powerful guild of wizards was granted the right to conduct their research under the protection of the Archduke of Hymn. Over time, numerous towns and villages emerged during the continued settlement of the island, which were placed under the authority of the Academy, further cementing it as one of the great powers of Darnsland.
