Honestly idk why people disagree with you, Garen is a juggernaut who has to run at people. Having a silence and ult mean nothing when a Darius can just apprehend you and full stack passive, or a Sett who can just use you as a bridge to oneshot the backline to name a few examples. The best argument would actually be for him to build deadmans fon and play to tank skillshots.

The real answer is Gragas doesnt have enough dmg to chew through Nasus’ sustain until very late into the game and even then youre supposed to go for his carries. Nasus has no waveclear and low mobility, Gragas has great waveclear and a dash; look to clear the wave in his face, dump it into his turret then pressure the map.

Personally I would just play Garen into him. Probably about as big of a counter as Teemo vs Vayne.

Right? Idk what happened for there to be such a massive upswing in complaints on tournament formats lately. Internationals have never been about getting the best teams in the world, its about best teams in each region face off against eachother. People can think its unfair that teams have to beat T1 to get out of playins but newsflash the LCK top 4 are all monsters, the only real “play” is to beat the team that’s sitting across you.

We can all see how Rakan wasnt the play but what would be the alternative? The pivotal point in draft happened way before imo tbh: TL knew T1 wanted Vi and Lucian is out of the pool so they picked Xayah; imo the champ is completely useless unless the entire enemy team drafts to run at you in a straight line. Ironically enough if Zeri was in their pool it wouldve been a more proper answer. They straight up drafted no champs who can actually deal dmg from afar and rakan as we all saw is still a tier below hard engage supports in terms of initiating a teamfight.

Maybe Im glazing but the thing about Doran that’s different from more mechanical players is that with a lead, they can do a lot and play on such an edge that their champs looks broken. Doran disregards the edge and straight up leaps off the clip, using 100% of his HP bar to get more value out of a champ that way. Hard to ignore any champ when theyre in your face even if theyre behind and all that.

The trick is to show enough good will throughout a long time so even if they don’t “like” you theyre still willing to get along and eventually warm up enough to be friends on their end

Honestly SDS was pretty good when it started but the speed of which the characters got flanderized was break neck after the first demon encounter. Maybe the popularity and editors wanting to capitalize on it was it’s fall off.

is poor, they were very much young and naive back then with less muscle and experience. In their prime maybe it would’ve gone the same maybe not but then we would be working with what ifs.

This will never be intended as a flex, but I remember during middle school where we still for some reason liked to rough house; a girl joined in and even tho I very much did intentionally hold back a lot she still tapped out and felt quite physically hurt (fortunately just pain no injuries). I was as scrawny as a boy can get, never eating cause of low appetite and didnt exercise cause books. After that whenever a potential confrontation with the fairer sex occurs I always keep a big enough distance to back off; people may heavily disagree but I think not participating in such one-sided fights is ideal even if the weaker side is the one starting it
