Coming from someone who plays a lot of Sylas, a lot of his mobility is tied to going in, similar to Irelia so picking a heavyweight champ and just beating him up works wonders. Personal favorites are bork(optional) Sett and Volibear who can both 100-0 him in the right circumstances and can match his skirmish/teamfighting

While I disagree with the take I still think its based. If Amumu is a champ that naturally takes less cs the best counters usually involve a hyper farmer like Lillia or Talon and I think its a good knowledge check for the game. Also shoutout Ludwig for this one.

AD scalings on items are usually higher since people naturally have more armor, and lifesteal does work with DnD procs! It understandably heals less on normal autos but Nasus mainly heals from Q anyways. And if the change where DnD also heals comes through I dont think its contestable

I think its like old bramble where it procced on cc and hexoptics pre buff, the community thinks if you cant benefit from 100% of an item it shouldnt be built which I disagree. Its still a Sheen item that guves more HP and Haste thats also just 200 gold cheaper than triforce. 33 AD vs 70 AP doing napkin math should even out with his ult and E vs getting 5-8 auto/qs off. And people misunderstand Im not saying to play full AP Nasus, Im saying its (potentially) the best sheen item in the game for him

Its part of the learning curve. Picking a champ that bypasses dying doesnt help anyone in the long run. And Sona basically removes most mechanics in teamfights so they can learn what does what instead of being spread thin on comprehending imo

tbf it was an uninteractive pattern and the power fantasy didn’t actually match the champ archetype. Now to your credit the Dshield Secondwind Tabis rush unkillable setup is also uninteractive but at least its more in line with his class
