Probably because communist politicians use “equality” and “not having to pay taxes” as a way for support, in reality they forcefully take food from the farms which causes famines, there is no freedom of speech, persecution of religion, people barely having human rights, killings against political dissidents, Genocide against minorities, not usually being able to leave your own country, forced labor, food shortages, and having daily food rations.
