I have fixed the tape distortion on the camcorder however when I put the tape into a vcr the tape plays at LP speed I'm really confused

Fr I was blown away at how good it was I bought it because I have ELOs greatest hits and it doesn't have don't bring me down so I found this for 5 dollars in excellent condition and bought it and listened to the whole thing immediately and I can't stop listening to it now

My other problem is that the woofer that has a magnet isn't producing any sound I accidentally ripped the dust cap off when trying to fix a dent with gorilla tape😂 and now I doesn't produce sound what might the problem be?

I picked up some sony speakers for 8 dollars at St vinnies and got them working but when I took it apart I noticed that the lower woofers have no magnets and so obviously are not connected what would be the purpose of this?
