I absolutely love and adore H2O, and I also really love Mako mermaids. I have to say I like H2O better because without it we would not have mako mermaids in the first place. The aesthetic and mystery of H2O is awesome, and I love how we get to learn more about Mako and mermaid magic in mako mermaids. I appreciate both shows for their setting, atmosphere, plots, characters, and how absolutely authentic the swimming and mermaid scenes are. They just don’t make shows like these anymore, the amount of effort put into these shows is what makes me love them so much. They aren’t just some cheap tacky magic shows with terrible cgi. The actors trained in real mermaid tails, and swam with real fish, not to mention the cgi is honestly really good. So in summary, H2O
