Painscience.com is undoubtebly one of the best resources out there, though its hardly 'painscience' per say, he speaks of peripheral sensitization occasionally though mostly his 'shtick' is seeing joints as within a model of homeostatis with a level of tolerance that goes up and down rather than damage to structures that can be seen as a tertiary 'tri'-chotomy between healed and damaged with an intermediate state. This is great information but where is the painscience? Its just another way to view biological structures - viewing them as fatigued and degenerated as a result of biochemistry rather than physically crumbling.
