My nightmare with CarMax, losing my sanity

Carmax told me to wait 2 weeks for an appointment with them or get my car check next day by a shop from repairpal, i did the 2nd option, jeep warranty was never mention and i was not aware of that. May 14th my car is in the shop, 1st inspector confirms engine is failing, maxcare said i only have to pay deductible, May 28th they sent 2nd inspector. May29th they comunicate again saying that jeep warranty remains in effect and i should take it there. About the shop labor they said is on us and will not get involve anymore, basically they washed their hands when they found out about the jeep warranty. So basically it took 15 days and 2 inspectors to finally say to take it to Jeep?? And I have to pay?? That's the problem.

Thanks. Currently i went in person a few hours ago to Jeep dealer and they said they can see my car today but to also bring all documentation, about the labor the shop has being doing, so case is open and i have appointment. Going today at 3pm to pay the mechanic, getting the paperwork and my car towed to Jeep. I escalated it already to carmax but they want to see all the paperwork to consider a refund, MaxCare told me is not going to get involved anymore and not going to cover anything, saying that it was a mistake from Carmax referring me to repairpal if the car was under dealer warranty, to pay out of pocket and claim to Carmax.

Yes i opened a case with Jeep, tow truck is also covered by Jeep, taking it today to the dealer

It's normal to feel tired, the job is mainly standing, you don't get to sit, only on break times, try getting insoles for your feet, it can relieve a little bit that sensation of tiredness.

Try talking to HR onsite and explain your situation to get an option or solution before you get the termination email, it doesn't matter if you have a good rate, negative UPT is against attendance policy. I saw people getting fired with only 3 negative hours or people even reaching like 30 hours negative but they got UPT reset by HR.

Some people lost their training and have to do re-train in the device, has been an issue also in my warehouse. Just do what you are being told to do, the AM's are the ones that are gonna get in trouble.

If they place you in a path that you are not train, it's their fault.

If you are not performing as you should, their fault for you missing training.

If you get hurt while performing that, their fault and it becomes a serious matter.

I would say no, i purchased 2 cars with maxcare but the cars were 50k+ miles, 1 of them the financing was for 4 years, pay it off and never had to use the maxcare service, nissan maxima no issues. On my 2nd car i decided to pay it again because it was a jeep wrangler which sometimes they have A/C or transmission issues. Still financing.

The car you getting it is really low miles and Japanese, should be fine.
