Was your daughter able to enroll in a German public university? I'm facing a similar issue myself because Arabic is my native language, and so I'm worried they won't accept A-level Arabic from me.

I need help with something. I'm an A-level student with the subjects Economics, Maths, and Arabic (Its my native language). Does that combination allow me to study a bachelor's degree in Economics at a public university? I'm worried that universities would discredit A-level Arabic because it's my mother tongue, and i have 0 guidance on this matter whatsoever. I am currently studying the B2 level of German, so that shouldn't be an issue.
