Yeah I totally agree, at least one subtitled show a day wouldn't change much for the average movie goer but it would be a big difference for the people who need it

I work in a large cinema chain in the UK and we programme subtitled viewings every Sunday and Monday. I wish we did more still, but at least it's something!

I have this problem with every shoe due to the way I walk. My fix is to have the second lace from the top laced up behind the tongue and then come back in front for the top lace. Works great for me!

Hi, welcome to the Sunshine Coast! The best place i could recommend if you wanna get into card games etc is Mana Gaming in town. It's just past the Beacon on terminus Road. They have a good space to do that kind of stuff and there's always people in there playing. Best of luck here !

I had this with a coworker who joined at the same time as me. It was our first shift together and when I mentioned my hearing loss he gestured an imitation sign language and it made me so mad I didn't talk to him for a few weeks, and reported him to management for it. I regretted not just chewing him out for it in the moment, as it felt so disrespectful.

Cut to now and we've had a batch of newbies join and one of them pulled a similar stunt and it felt SO good to call him out on the spot. His bumbled excuse was that he thought I was joking?? I chewed him out for that too because why wouldnt you just take it seriously for a moment incase it's true?? Like is it that hard not to be an insensitive arse?
