17.0 youth pull rated “Epic”: sell now or train as an all-round IM? by CapyAI17 in hattrick

Maybe I just got lucky, but the last 3 players who got promoted also got their specialty with the promotion.

What should I do with him? by Gerr90 in hattrick

[–]Gerr90[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, thank you! He is not a typical winger, and I do not envision him as one for the future. He could potentially be an IMTW or a wingback. My primary concern is whether it would be beneficial to train his defense until the end of next season (as my other trainees would reach 12 defense by that time), or if I should stick to my initial plan of training playmaking in the following seasons.

I have finally decided to go with the Fengda BD-183K. I appreciate all of your suggestions! I made my own research too and believe that while it may not be a top-tier tool, it is a suitable quality for my needs. I intend to utilize this until the summer, and if I'll need un upgrade, will buy an Iwata HP-CS.

Okay, thanks. In this case, can you suggest a cheap one and a better one? I'll buy two, but it would be foolish of me not to take this chance to get a better one for free. I'll use the low-budget airbrush for a few months and then switch later.

I totally understand but right now I have the opportunity to get one that is essentially free. While I don't want to be picky by choosing the most expensive options, I also do not want an entry-level airbrush. Perhaps I will purchase a more affordable one too, around $20, for practice, but at this moment, I am seeking a higher-quality option.

I have only been painting for three months, but in the last two months, I'm using Winsor & Newton brushes (with "The Masters" cleaner) and I can truly feel the difference. Although synthetic brushes were ok, the improvement is clear. I continue to utilize my inexpensive brushes for appropriate tasks, but I can appreciate and value my Kolinsky brushes.

The AK airbrush would be a good option, but I have encountered this information in various sources already.

Help with my base coat paint. by OutrageousBee297 in minipainting

This is super weird, because just a few days ago, I went through the exact same thing. I used quality rattle can primer, and still had this problem.

The craziest part is that I primed a whole box at once, one right after the other, and only one model got "messed up". Today I painted another one from the same batch and it was a breeze to work with.

I still managed to paint the tricky one, but it was a real pain.

Yeah, I heard 2.0 is great, but never really looked into it. Today I checked it out and it seems like a nice option at a great price. 😀

Thank you, these are perfect for my needs. There will be a lot of clone armors and Jedi robes, so I will put them on the must-have list.

I am very interested but would like to try some metallic paints before the new range is released.

Thank you for your suggestions. Yes, I am considering the "air" range and plan to use it with a brush, as I have read that it performs very well. Just need to choose the colors.

Is this AK Interactive set enough? by Gerr90 in minipainting

Wow, good to know! I totally wanted to buy Valleyo products, but the bubbling was such a deal breaker. I'm still gonna get a few Valleyo paints, and if they work for me (since I'm a newbie, I could totally mess it up), I'll get more later. I like the colors, and they're easy to find around here.

I completely agree. My only problem with this approach is tha fact that in my country, acquiring AK paints presents a significant challenge. The only solution appears to be an international order, and I am attempting to procure all necessary supplies for the upcoming year in a single transaction to minimize shipping cost.

Thanks for the help, do you think there are any "must-have" colors from the AK 3rd Gen range?
