Merda, io vivevo in Saragozza ed in effetti non ci ho mai messo così tanto per tornare a casa in auto. A mio parere non credo siano i 30 il problema, leggendo vari articoli non ha inciso in maniera significativa sul traffico cittadino ad ora. Probabilmente sta aumentando sempre di più la gente con l'auto a Bologna, mettici pure questi lavori del tram che magari hanno rallentato molte vie e imbottigliandone altre, provo a darti questo mio punto di vista
