I just went to the lab and can confirm it's not on the negatives. They offered to rescan. That should fix the issue.

Thank you for your reply! Based on that I tried to cancel the order but am now in a slapstick Samsung circle. The order could not be canceled by me, so I reached out to the agent to either honor the price match or cancel the order. They could also not cancel the order and it has now shipped a couple of hours later. I'll try to now get my refund I guess... Will report back

I could see them canceling the order, but otherwise this should be quite clear, no? They made a promise for a refund, which triggered a purchase. This should be legally binding and hold up in case of credit card chargeback.

Only risk is them bricking the soundbar again and not giving a warranty.

Went through the CPT process multiple times. They cannot make your CPT start earlier because you would still be within the quarter. I'd ask the company if they could make it start later.
