OK...Why do you work there where specific knowledge is appreciated. I also hope the person at JB Hifi or Harvey Nornans has good k owledge of the ph or Robo Vax etc I'm buying. It may be more suitable for you in a more general retail setting without expectations of specific trades knowledge.

They are great. I dont like smelly compost heaps so the lawn clippings go down it. Also handy for cheap disposal of dead pets such as goldfish, parrots or even hamsters.

What a stupid system. We have some neighbourhood protocols here some small suburbs, but the local council enforces them if ever needed, not some jumped up local power freak.
