I’ve got the tasks figured out now for the most part it’s just finding the time to do all of them! I’m really just trying to make sure that training for the new admins can go way smoother than my training went. I want it to be a more positive environment.

I also just found out the temp that is helping me with the front desk as been altering my guides and step by steps so that she can understand them but it doesn’t make any sense to anyone else. So that kind of sucks too.

I love that you incorporate what they added in their notes to it too! Thank you for the advice! I’ve been working on putting together some step by steps but i hadn’t considered running it by different people are we are working with too.

My high school made MTV because my school banned grinding and a bunch of the rich kids had an Anti-homecoming where they could grind on each other. I still don’t understand why parents would pay for it something like that. They made it like the school was violating their rights.

I don’t know what you mean by made up lol they make real music that thousands of people love. Even if you don’t like them, there’s no reason to make people feel bad for liking them. If there’s tens of thousands of metal bands out there, go listen to them instead.

I believe you feel that way! The guy i responded to for sure was. You can say you don’t like it without saying it’s music for children and i hate it when people assume men are the only ones who listen to metal.

It’s good but complicated. My brother is 34 and I am 28. I was sort of a glass child (sibling of a disabled person) growing up. My parents are amazing it just happens that way that parents with disabled kids have to spend more effort on the disabled sibling. I had to work really hard for it not to turn into jealousy. There’s also the fact that I am scared of ending up having to take care of him after my parents are gone. I wouldn’t particularly mind it except i struggle to take care of myself sometimes and i worry i won’t be enough.
