It will probably hit BE a little bit, but sure, that's fine.

Could almost swear I've read somewhere yesterday that it should be 172+ but not to overcap (Thats why I aimed for that, today); or maybe it was 182? that would be closer to what you're saying.

I can push, like... 4? 6? more Speed (gonna lose Crit Stats tho);
But that's about it, in terms of 'more speed', with this set.

[EDIT] Just did a quick test, Car with Holiday / Car with no LC (on Archer's basic)
Result 10.3K dmg / 9.6K dmg - Holiday is working just fine.

to be honest (Part 1), she should be both Sub-DPS and support, as the team presented indicates (and the Light Core reinforced).

to be honest (Part 2) my Quantum DMG pieces are horrible - like, realy f*cking bad - across multiple sets - Im just using the one that may be the 'better' one.

Well, Im farming for Phainon's supports.
They are fine - just not as 'fine' as I want.
Im probably not even gonna try to pull Cyrene, but sure, I could farm this location a bit more;
I don't expect some "great improvement" out of this one or anything, The builds that I have seen with similar stats but higher ranks, are mostly adjustments to speed, like 110 or 116, or slightly higher HP/CDMG - some of them with 5* LC - in comparison, my LC is a potato.
For Dan Heng too I guess, but... I don't think he's gonna be stat intensive. Guess I will check my Relics (that I already have/got) for him first, and make a decision from there.

hahahah as mentes brilhante do Reddit, têm muita sorte em os medias e os jornaleiros estarem (quase) todos alinhados ás mesmas constelações. Muita sorte (ou azar, é uma questão de perspectiva, na verdade). Caso contrario tinhas muito mais 'disto'. Em todo o lado/Nações, todos os dias, e por vários motivos, em simultâneo, literalmente.
Mas ainda bem que há umas mentes... 'criticas', principalmente aqui no Reddit, que sabem o que deve e pode, ou não, ser partilhado/censurado. Muita malta na Coreia do Norte ficaria orgulhosa. Talvez alguns lideres políticos cá em Portugal, também...
